Villa Emirion - The Villa Page

The Villa:
Villa Emirion is situated in tranquil, wooded grounds and has three bedrooms and sleeps a maximum of 6 people. The villa was completed in October 2003 so is in excellent condition.

Living room / dining room:
On the ground floor is a large living room with views out on to the shaded terrace and swimming pool. The villa has been tastefully decorated in modern provencal style with tiled floors throughout.

Mt Ventoux can be seen through the attractive half-moon window in the living room.

The living room leads through to the modern kitchen which is equipped with everything you need. Stairs lead to the upper floor and the bedrooms.

There are two dining areas. One in the living / dining room and the other in the kitchen

Bedrooms / bathrooms:
There are three bedrooms, two doubles and one with bunk beds suitable for children.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with wash basin, shower and toilet.

The other two bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with bath, wash hand basin and toilet.

Laundry:
The laundry is equipped with washing machine and separate dryer and ironing facilities.

The Kitchen:
The kitchen is modern and spacious with everything you need, no matter how adventurous you are in the kitchen. It is equipped with fridge / freezer, oven, microwave and 4-burner gas hob.

Shaded Terrace:
The kitchen opens out onto the shaded terrace and the swimming pool, which is ideal for summer barbeques alongside the pool.
