The Villa:
Les Oliviers is situated down a quiet road off the Beaumes / Aubignan road and as its name suggests, has a lovely terrace that looks out onto mature oliver trees. This is the ideal house for a family with young children.

Les Oliviers has two bedrooms with a further playroom / bedroom and comfortably sleeps 2 adults and two children. The third room can be converted into a bedroom if necessary.

Recently built in a typical modern Provencal style, the property is tastefully decorated and is in excellent condition throughout. Kitchen and bathrooms are colourful, modern and very functional.

While there is no swimming pool, the public swimming pool is only a two minute drive away. The property is available for rent in July and August only. Please note that no pets are allowed.

Living room / dining room:
The house is on one level with the spacious, comfortably furnished living-dining room opening out onto a shaded terrace. The living room is equipped with satellite TV which includes English channels.

The living room also incorporates a stylish area for more formal meals and there is an additional dining area in the spacious and well laid out kitchen.

The Kitchen:
The kitchen is modern and spacious with all the equipment you need for a comfortable stay: electric oven; gas hob; microwave and dishwasher - and it also has its own dining area. The Kitchen also opens out onto the spacious terrace.

Bedrooms / bathrooms:
There are two bedrooms, one double and one with bunk beds suitable for children. There is a third play room / bedroom which can be converted into a bedroom if necessary. The bedrooms share a bathroom which is beautifully tiled and a separate toilet.

Laundry / Garage:
The laundry in the integral garage is equipped with washer / drier and ironing facilities. There is a separate garage at the rear of the house.

Shaded Terrace:
The kitchen and living room open out onto the shaded terrace with views of the mature olive trees.
